CPS may have its reasons to take a child from a family who is falsley accused but why don't they try to keep the children in the home and monitor them instead of putting the child in the system just because a caseworker by the name of Bobby Delbosque and LouAnn Podraza get upset because parents go through chain of command because these caseworkers were pist off. They had no right to take my children. If my son was in the hospital at the time after delivery and my daughter was at her grandparents how did i abuse and neglected my children when i was not even near them. And none of these caseworkers cannot answer any of my questions but yet say i am harassing them to find out how my children are doing. They got pist off and now i can't even see or call or be with them. Thanks to them i can't even have visits with my children because i keep bugging them to let me see them and they won't. I haven't seen my kids for 3 months. They say they are there to protect the children when they are tramitizing children and abusing and neglecting themselves. How can people get a job like this and when we go through chain of command that they get pist off with the parents and keep the children away from the parents. Why do these caseworkers threaten parents they will never have their children back ever again. When did there words become law and when did they become the police. If they threaten parents then why don't they go through with there threat. How are parents supposed to do everything they ask and its not good enough to return the children when they finish these services. Even these attorney's are working for cps. They get paid even if they don't deal with the client or do deal with the client. The attorney i have threaten this mom to give up her child (jesylin) or they would go after her unborn child if she didn't sign the papers. So how are people suppose to fight cps and expose them for who they really are. Is there any one out there not afraid of this agency to pursue a lawsuit for emotional distress, discrimination, defamation of character, and slander? I am a disable veteran and served my country and if feels i fought for nothing. Now my rights are being taken away by these caseworkers. And the reason they are taken them away is they say " i am mentally incompetent and unstable to take care of my children". Yet i pay my bills on time, pay my taxes, i have a stable apartment, i have food, I have cloths, i have a roof over my head, i have medical coverage, i have money, and i have jesus christ, I also have everything i needed for my children. Yet i abused and neglected my children. My disablity has nothing to do with me raising my kids properly. As far as my diagnoses by a real doctor i have is just depress/anxiety and highbloodpressure but i have 4 different bloodpressure medications and only 1 anti-depressant, and when did caseworkers become physicians, psycologist, and psychiritist and become licensed in one day. I seen my new therapist and she said i am a normal human being with human emotions and normal feelings. I really don't know why these caseworkers have it out for me but they seen my kids in the future for some reason and said i abused and neglected them. I did't know they became fortune tellers as well. I did't even know they were officers of the court when i thought they were just social workers or caseworkers. To me they just got mad because i asked too many questions and they know they are wrong about me. Don't believe what these caseworkers or supervisor say. Make sure you get everything on paper or use a tape recorder or video recorder because it just show how they contradict themselves and lie. And if you have those they may help your defense because words and paper and video do not lie and are truthful. I tried to get my story in the news and newspaper but it seems my story is not important to share with the public. I have tape recordings and these caseworkers won't give me any papers they put out or say its out and its not. They nevered gave me a copy of my court orders. Thats why i have them on tape recording. I even made alot of copies of papers given to me in case i lose one i have extra. I hope someone in the news or newspaper see this and lets me tell my story to expose LouAnn Podraza and Bobby Delbosque. Don't trust your court appointed attorneys either they work for cps. He threaten me and my husband after interviewing us that if we did not find someone to take our children in that he would put them in state custody. As last resort i called my parents. He set up a service plan for 30 days. when i found out my father abused my daughter i told this case worker and his supervisor and they did nothing. Now they are in state custody since Nov.22,2006 for them diagnoseing me as bipolar,depression, and anxiety and highbloodpressure. They became doctors all of a sudden. They are discriminating on my disable veteran status as well, and say i am not stable on my medication when it is in control. How does a country allow this to happen and try to take people god given rights (parental) away for no reason at all. I tell you why they are legalized kidnappers and get money for every child they adopt or put in foster care. They care more about money then humanity. If this is justice to tramitize children I would rather die for any child who is abused or neglected i pray i could take their pain and would die for any child. I pray that any child going through this i wish i could take your pain away. I pray that these caseworkers get exposed for who they really are. I pray for justice for all the children of the world who are going through the pain just as i am to be strong and beleive God will prevail for you especially the children. I pray my own children are safe and secure and loved and happy and that their not being abused or neglected. I pray my children will be reunited with me. I pray all children will be reunited with their loving families they knew from birth.i just pray they will get humane workers in there office and not just take any child away just for money. I only hope they will take children who really need there services and find them loving foster parents and adopted parents. I pray these caseworkers will wake up and realize that they can return the children to their families who really love them. I pray my children stay out of the system and don't have to get adopted. I pray God will take every child families pain away as well. I pray for the CPS to be shut down. I pray for the day my children come home to me and my husband. I pray for these lawyers who are supposed to be working for these families to prevail and return the children. I pray for these caseworkers to be more concerned for humanity and life than the root to all evil (money). I pray that My 12 year old son be reunited with his baby sister and baby brother soon. I pray that he is ok. He misses his sister and brother very much. He his suffering the most. He is sad he can't protect his sister and brother. He is taking it the hardest and it is heart breaking to him and me because he love is sister Evelyn and Jacob. He knows what is going on and he is tramitized by this. I miss them more than anything in the world. I pray our children know we still love them no matter what happens. I pray things will get better instead of worse as these caseworkers made it. This case shouldn't even gone this far. This case was not serious as these caseworkers made it. I pray the children going through this know their families love them too no matter what happens in there cases. I pray CPS will not do this to another child again. I hope and pray families get reunited soon. I hope and pray families will not give up their fight for their children (precious angels god gave them). This is about the ineptness of one Hinesville, Liberty Co, Ga child protective agent (that's a laugh that they dare call themselves that when they abuse children themselves). Said agent abducted my 4 year old grandchild 9 Nov 2006 (aided by a judge that mindlessly did what the agent suggested and 2 policeman that had no choice in what they did)and went on vacation 13 Nov without a thought about the horror this child was going through, didn't even make sure her cases were covered, we could get in touch with no one to find out about this child. She was held without seeing her mother or any one she knew until the 17th when a supervisor finally arranged a visit for her mother. The agent returned supposedly the 20th but we couldn't reach her, her phone was set with a message saying she was on vacation from the 13th to the 20th with no option to leave a message. My daughter and I took turns calling 'child protective services' until I finally got this agent on the phone the 22nd of Nov she said another agent would come to our home the 24 but she'd be gone once again that next Monday, she forgot to inform this other agent of the meeting so we waited all day and no one came by, we finally did meet with her (the 2nd agent)that next week and a simple request as she was leaving to check on this 4 year old we hadn't seen since the 17th met with "Oh, I have to evaluate her, so I'll see her". To these two agents a sweet little 4 year old girl was nothing but a task to be completed and reported on. The first agent supposedly was to be our case worker from the 9 Nov to 9 Dec of that time she was only available a few days. She never even talked to my husband who she claimed she had to meet to close her part of the case, she never called him or never showed up to meet with him, claimed she couldn't work after hours. Since when is child care a 9 to 5 job. The last week of her job had to be turned over to another agent, thank heavens a qualified one this time. This is my suggestion-screen these people before hiring them they hold the lives of children in their hands they need to have a heart and feel human emotions not just be robots working only to draw their pay check. Child Protective Service does not need more money, it needs caring people. The system itself is probably driving the good employees away because of how cruel it is to children, taking them from the home they know and the people they love and sticking them with strangers, well meaning people I'm sure, but strangers neverless, they can't comfort a child that is being kept from their family. Your behavior must be completely on track. Your appearance must be as normal as possible and conservative. You must demonstrate the ability to think clearly and make good decisions under pressure. Keep all appointments on time for the whole year. Several years ago my wife and I went through what seemed like an unjust process with DCS in our state. We were falsly accused and we felt we were maligned by foster parents, case workers, external agencies and the judge (in our opinion). Even our religious beliefs were insulted. I think God agreed with me and my wife in the long run. The Judge won a $20,000 pay raise and then lost it right away. DCS lost $400,000 in interest through mishandling of their money, every foster parents marriage was destroyed, and one foster parent committed suicide. The employees of the external agency were nearly fired and the CPS worker who lied in court papers was exposed in a methlab while she was pregnant and I think ultimately quit. Some of the foster parents came to realise they had been judged by God and barely survived and then repented after they paid big prices in their personal lives. I know that the God of Abraham Issac and Jacob fought for us. Not that we were such great parents or people but we relied on God for our help. These were an interesting set of coincidences. Ultimately we got our kids back. IT HAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT CHILD PROTECTIVE Services are lieing, decitful, unimaginable predetors that prey on children who take on to many caseloads and are stupid on their part for taking to many cases just because they want a bonus. Just wait to someone goes on Oprah, Dr. Phil, Or other talk show host to expose these caseworkers for what the goverment really is. Just wait for them to put 666 on our children to serve the goverment in the future. They call this the "FAILURE TO PROTECT", which the parents are accused of. Failure to protect from what exactly?.God forbid the parents who don't know they still have rights regardless of what the systems tells them. I let the system tell me how, to raise my kids. They made me jump through all their hoops, classes, drug testing. My ex,who the one inflicting the abuse, but me, since May of 1981. there has been 756 referral calls, towards me, ranging from parenting issues, messy house, no food. None of the referrals were about abuse of any kind, or drug usage. About 10, maybe were legit, but the rest of them were made by so-called friends of my ex, know why? Because I didn't allow them to live with us, or I'd bitch about their behavior around my 2 girls, their alcohol, drugs being brought and used in the home, as well as their stealing, making sex calls on the phone, without permission. So, be very careful of people who state to be a friend of you or your spouse, they might and will stab you in the back,regarding your kids and you. Posted by: Catherine Fidler Child Protective Service is broken beyond repair it operates totally outside the laws, it imprisons children for doing things perfectly normal. Young children run away many times before they reach the age of 6. If they are not harmed why does CFPS arrest them and hold them prisoner without even making clear what their sentence for running away is. It winds up being til age 18 in some cases. A criminal can't even be arrested for something he might do and these children are being arrested for something that might happen to them, they get no trial, get no appeals, have no set visiting hours, they're treated worse than a murderer would be. There is no fixing a system this faulted it needs to be abolished and a citizens group design something to protect only the children that need protection not children with loving parents and no reward to the system for each child it brings in either, a set budget that has nothing to do with the number of children it helps. Posted by: Lena Dukes On Aug.31st,2006 my 3 grandchildren were removed from me ages 5,6,7.When we arrived home there were 3 people from CPS waiting outside my home,they had a camara in there hand there was no notice or police there with them,no paper work was giving to me why they were removing them,all they stated was that they had talk to my grandkids at school and they stated to them that they were seeing their dad and that I was spanking them and that I had told them to lie if they were asked.I Tried to explained to them that this was not true,but there was no way I could talk to them,they stated to hire an attorney if I wanted to see them.To my belief these ladies had their minds made up due to retaliation towards me,since before all this happened I had attended a prilimenary hearing and I stated to the state that this two ladies were always threathing me by saying that if I was not able to financially support they would pick them up.this two ladies never gave me any referals nor helped in any way to help me move nor get tanf,food stamps for them I had to do everything myself.I had my grandchildren for over 1 year,so when they removed them I went thru so much trama and depression.I love my grandchildren so much I have not seen them since Aug.31st,2006 nor heard from them,I feel like this people have no heart,I just do not understand how they can sleep at night.My 7 year old stated that these two ladies made them say yes to everything,she cried and told me please grandma dont let them take us away,I said dont worry I wont.But as I stated I am not able to hire an attorney to see them or talk to them.My only wish for xmas is to see my 3 grandchildren. THE WORKERS THAT CAME TO MY HOME DID NOT HAVE A WARRENT OR AN OFFICER WITH THEM AT THE TIME. THE ONE GOT OUT OF THE CAR YELLING, SCREAMING AND THREATING ME. I NEVER KNEW WHO SHE EVEN WAS AT THIS TIME. THE WORKERS REFUSED TO SHOW ME ANY IDENTIFICATION. THE ONE THAT WAS YELLING WHEN WE GOT UP TO THE DOOR SHE PUSHED ME THROUGH THE DOOR AND MADE ME HIT THE ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. THESE WORKERS WERE VERY ABUSIVE TO ME THROUGH THIS WHOLE THING. I LOVE MY CHILDREN VERY MUCH AND I HAVE THAT SPECIAL BOND WITH THEM. EVERYONE SAYS YOU SHOULD BOND WITH YOUR CHILDREN, BUT WHY ANYMORE, WHEN CPS CAN COME IN A RIP THEM FROM YOU. Please be careful what you write on these boards. CPS is known to find information of of boards such as this to use against parents in the court of law. But it would be wise to not use your name or give much information, because cps, attorney ad litems, court appointed attorneys have been known to take information and use it, even if you did not mean any harm and were sincerely a victim of their abuse. They will twist your information legally and use it against you because they know that some parents do not know the law and they do. So your words could be used to interpret something legally against you. There was a case in Dallas, Texas, where a cps worker, and attorney ad litem and the person court appointed attorney used information against a innocent person. They made a case out of this persons writings on a board such as this one. The person was innocent had not abused thier child, they knew it. But none the less they found a letter that the person had left on a board expressing what what happening with the case and things that had occured which were wrong. They used it. In the end the person was seperated from their child. So please be careful. Why are these children dying? I am just one voice. My children were taken by my husband several things were immediatly wrong in the home, from drug abuse, to physical abuse and neglect of my 5 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. I called and called and reported and reported. Every time I was told nothing was wrong. Then I find out that my 8 year old daughter was sexually molested. By another minor in the home a 15 year old boy. Who is a registered offender. No one called me. I found out by myself. I want to know why after I removed her from the situation that they would say that it was ok to send her back and MADE me send her back. Afterall they initially said everything was fine and then she was assaulted. What are they thinking? I am still fighting this battle with the incompetance of CPS. I think some people who haven't been threw this shouldn't even commit.They really don't know what some parents go threw to try to get their kids back . after going threw so much. especially abuse by the state and by their husbandsand yet after doing so much they still lose the battle with cps.because cps feels that even though the mom is a good mom and loves her kids that they already have people lined up to adopt her kids. If the children are at risk then the visits should be supervised. CPS doesn't decide if children can see their parents after they are removed, the court does. People need to remember that the Courts make the final decsion on removal and visitation, not CPS. CPS does not have the ultimate power everyone feels they have. Again CPS would not get involved with families if there was not a reason, believe me CPS does not just decided one day to investigate a family. CPS does not remove children unless the children are at risk and their is no other option. Your parental rights may have been violated by CPS and you may be a bit upset over some of the things that they may be doing. So you may come here seeking help, advice, as well as seeing if thier are others that have been violated by cps.

State cannot say how many foster children die each year, even though a state law that took effect in 2004 requires counties to release the names, dates of birth, and dates of death for these children. The new law is not being followed by all. There's no way to get more information without going to the courts,it's extraordinarily difficult for the public to learn who in the system is dying and why. There is absolutely no reason why an advocacy group, a newspaper, an elected official, or any other concerned member of the public should have to go to court to find out what happened when a foster youth dies. The Department of Social Services keeps all names confidential .Imagine -- our state's most vulnerable children, betrayed by a state system that was supposed to protect them -- and we have no idea who they are.

Too many children have died as a result of wrong decisions by CPS. If this had happened in our home we would be in jail right now, but government workers are still free and what is most worse they are still working on the same position and they are being paid for with ours tax dollars. With power comes responsibility and accountability, which most officials ignore.Most Americans don't even know, or are too busy to care, as long as it's not happening to them.It is traumatic and heart-breaking.The biggest tragedy of it all is that WE choose not to see it, pretending it doesn't exist.
